Lessons learnt from Faith Kipyegon World Record

Faith Kipyegon World Record
The world came to a thrilling new world record by Faith Kipyegon in 1500m race that took place at the Florence Diamond League, Italy. More excited are Kenyans because its their own.

Lessons learnt from the win and world record.

1. Nobody knows the effort you put into what you are doing before getting to the public picture. Toiling and suffering are yours alone. The role of people is to cheer you up and celebrate your success
2. Do not worry so much about how you start doing what you do, just start and you will gain momentum as you go. Faith Kipyegon was behind when she started the race, but she ensured she comes front slowly as competitors got tired.
3. In many races there are competitors and also pace setters. Do not worry when you see them going so fast. Don’t let your thoughts lie to you that you can’t catch up with them. They may surrender or get tired along the way and that’s when you should shine.
4. The end of something is better than the start, when Faith Kipyegon started, cheers were not so high. In fact, it looked just like a usual race. Not until when the end approached that’s when cheers ran into the air more wildly. By the time competitors were in the finishing line, nearly all spectators were up on their feet cheering and celebrating.

Everyone celebrates success not matter the differences that exist.

5. When you succeed you can’t hear the voices of enemies. All people are on your side celebrating with you no matter the differences.
6. When competition was over, many journalists who were covering the event focused on world record holder, Faith Kipyegon more than the others. Nobody would want to associate with a failure. In fact, interviewing the last person has not been taken seriously.
7. When you focus in what you are doing with determination, it reaches a point when you no longer compete. Instead, you go for what you want. When Faith Kipyegon took the lead, she no longer wanted to know the whereabouts of her closest competitor, instead she looked focused on the time she would finish the race.
8. Success is a factor of hard work, effort and determination. There are many people who start but do not finish. Faith Kipyegon has stood the test of time and proved to the world that its possible to unleash your potential in a mighty way.
At maxbriefs.com, we send a hearty congratulations to Faith Kipyegon for breaking world record that was set in 2015 to a new one of 3:49:11. This is indeed amazing.
