The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the company’s leadership and enhancing the overall client experience. This individual will manage administrative tasks, handle client relations, and assist the executive team in day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the executive team’s diary, meetings, and engagements, including coordinating the
Executive’s calendar, personal logistics, and travel plans.
- Assist in creating reports, dashboards, surveys, and execution tracking tools while managing related databases.
- Develop and implement communication strategies, including managing the Executive’s social media pages

Qualifications:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management tools.
- A committed Christian with high ethical standards, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential matters.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with hands-on experience in mentoring, coordinating, or coaching.

Role Purpose
