But it is easy to forget or ignore some of them. One good way to do this is by writing somewhere in your diary or a place which you record your daily activities. As you do this, watch out not to forget and give room to inconsistency.
Ruthlessly committing to the plans, you make
Commit yourself to your plan. Having a plan only is not enough, ensure you follow and where possible share with your coach or partner. To achieve this, you require utmost discipline. In some cases, you may have to forgo some things to pave the way for what you intend to happen.
Create a structure for your habits
Lack of structure demotivates, and it can also make you do things at the last minute. Robert Fulghum said that habits are sacred because they give deliberate structure to human lives and structure gives a sense of security which is the ground of meaning.
Measure your Progress
Legends say that what can be done can be measured, as you progress with your goal, ensure you measure so that you don’t end up doing it repeatedly without results. Measuring enables you correct where you have not done well and where you performed well. As you continue to measure, you will realize how you have fought inconsistency.
